This is just a brief check-in video, describing some of the things that I’ll be doing in the not too distant future. And if you notice, I’m very aware that I said the wrong date. It’s the 24th. That was my bad. Sorry for any random camera movements. my right hand not the steadiest one out there. My dexterity actually sucks on that side.

My LG clothes dryer might be more efficient than most

No telling how long this LG clothes dryer's been here (place was built in either 1978 or 1986, though I can't remember.) Either way, due to it being in a condo complex, versus a house, instead of venting outside (the wall in my laundry area leads straight into another unit), it recondensates the steam back into water, where it fills a tank located on the front of the unit. Needless to say, this should be the norm, for the coolness factor to it, if nothing else. Not sure about the energy efficiency, though I suspect it's decent. Sorry for any hand tremors (my hands aren't the steadiest, and my dexterity sucks.) Also, any absence of important elements in view is mine; vision also sucks.

This is a video I mae when I was bored one day over Winter break, and it starts in my living room and then features a little better look at my computer room. I'll do a more serious server room video when the lighting gets better in there. You can clearly see my server and then the couple of hard drives attached to it.

In this video, I show you how to install Jetbrains' ReSharper Visual Studio extension Version 7 using the Chocolatey package management framework on windows. This is a handy way to install one or many packages from the command line, and is sort of like AptGet, Zypper, Yum, and YaST on Linux/Unix.

Demonstrating an example of poor accessibility with Team Foundation Server 11 Beta

In this video, I demonstrate the kind of poor accessibility that blind individuals run into when dealing with more technical applications such as those deployed on servers and in enterprise/corporate scenarios. I show you how Team Foundation server 11 beta is not at all fit for use by a blind administrator. (I am using JAWS for Windows Text to speech software version 13.0 and Windows 7 for this one.) My message to the community as a whole, consider all applications, not just the simple every day ones. This application needs seemingly only a small amount of work to make it fully accessible, and I am asking those who deal with development either for a company in a corporate scenario or simply as a hobby to look at what you see here, and please take strides in making all of your software accessible. Blind people can be perfectly good administrators/deployers, but not when software looks like this. All that is needed are a few labelled controls and maybe some UIA implemented correctly to make it work. If you have questions, feel free to comment. Ask me anything that you are confused about, need clarification on, or anything else that pertains to this, for the more people I have asking questions, the more this will get out to the community and those at microsoft. This is a video I took a while ago, and I happened to be in the computerr room.　　I was testing to see how well my iPod 4th gen would film in very, very dim light.　　You can't really see anything, but you can hear how quiet the server actually is when being started up. My last couple of videos feature the server, but it is already running.
